Train your own staff or members using the Academy's courses, pathways and simulations.
How: add the bot → at 20+ members an Admin applies in the Community Portal → the ETB approves.
Publish your own courses and pathways to the public Academy catalog.
How: add the bot → at 50+ members you're flagged for review automatically → the ETB approves.
Neither one needs the other. Many communities start with Teams and add Provider later.
Invite the Academy Communities bot to your Discord server. It only reads your member count and never takes any action in your server.
Sign in with Discord. You'll see every server where you have Administrator (Admin) or Manage Server (Guild Manager) and the bot is present, plus what each one has unlocked.
Teams: an Admin applies once you have 20 members. Provider: no form needed. At 50 members your community goes to the Education & Training Board automatically.
Accept the Terms, then invite your team and assign training, or start writing your first course. Managing several servers? Switch between them from the bar at the top of the portal.
